Newly built Tuscan rustic villa with swimming pool 12 mt X 6 mt (Ht 1,5 mt), salt water, heated, with waterfall and whirlpool corner. A Jacuzzi hydromassage is also located upstairs. Villa is immersed in the greenery (10000 sq. of garden, completely cared for and fenced) . The villa is 10 minutes from Lucca, 30 minutes from Viareggio and Pisa and 50 minutes from Florence and the 5 Terre.All activities such as butcher's shop, supermarket, pastry shop, fishmonger, greengrocer are close to the villa (all within 4 km)

The Villa has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms are nicely furnished and comes with bed linen and towels, with weekly change of the same

It is possible to agree a good and nutritious breakfast, which will specifically prepare you the manager of the villa or have your own pastry pastries in the morning just awake (extra price)

The Medieval Walls of Lucca are 10 minutes away, Pisa's Tower is 30 minutes away and Florence is 50 minutes from the villa

Beaches

The beaches of Versilia and Forte dei Marmi are 30 minutes away and Marina di pisa and Vecchiano are 25 minutes away

Sport

Just 1 km away we have the hiking center, about 10 minutes there are golf courses in Montecatini and I also recommend the adventure at Canyon Park in Bagni di Lucca (www.canyonpark.it/)

Parco Di Pinocchio

At 5-minute drive is the Collodi Town Hall, with its famous Pinocchio Park and Villa Reale

We (2 adults, 2 teens, 2 children) have passed two wonderful weeks in this house. The house is just superb, clean and well equipped. The "garden" (it is huuuuuuuuge!) and the pool were absolutely fantastic. Even tough, there is a "transition road" (which is great as it guarantees you fast connections) close by, you can hear absolute no noise from the street. The only "noise" you hear are the crickets (= Grillen, and sometimes dogs barking ;-) ). The location of the house is also perfect as there are lots of places of interest close by (Collodi with its famous Pinocchio Parc and the stunning garden of Villa Garzoni, Montecatini Terme with its Funicular, Lucca (simply BEAUTIFUL) and of course some bigger cities such as Pisa, Viareggio and Florence.) Conclusion: you are in the middle of nowhere, but in the heart of everything. Last but definitively not least, we would really like to thank Claudia and Francesco for their warm, friendly, caring but also discrete support und help during our stay. We highly appreciated you being close by and (if desired) here for us. THANK YOU. We definitively hope to come back one day and highly recommend this beautiful place!
